Monday Mornings.....

                                             #timefornature There were times when I was too tired to even wake up And the sweet chirping voices of little birdies smiled at ME .   There were times when I was too bored to even step out And the bunch of lush mighty green trees sang to ME .   There were times when I wanted to just wander away And all I could smell was the rain drops that drenched ME .   There were times when I could only think of flying high And I came to know how fresh the cool breeze tasted to ME .   There were times when I thought it was alright to be lazy And I could hear the tall dark mountains call out to ME .   There were times when I was too naïve to share things with the rest And I got to feel this piece of land bring out its warmth to ME .   There were times when I was too broken to get my pieces together And I laughed when the waves of the sea cuddled with ME .   There were times when I roared with anger at all that was wrong And the broody plants in my garden

Habits make us what we are. True that. Many of us are familiar and are probably experts at writing a Diary. In fact any one who has ever tried maintaining a diary at some point of our lives are all potential writers according to me. A diary is the only place where we can put out our thoughts without deliberation, where we can shout out loud about our inhibitions, where we can mention our fantasies without hesitation. I have too many lovely memories of writing a diary. My day would start and end with it. And one thing that would always find place in it on any given day was my love for Prem. Had to stop the habit as it turned out that people in my family got suspicious that I would someday elope with a guy named Salman Khan. I know, you must be having a laugh at it, but back then it was a little serious, not to forget that I was just 15 then. I never got back to that habit again.
